Job Description
The Leasing Officer is responsible for promoting and leasing available spaces to tenants. They assist prospective clients, prepare leasing documents, and ensure occupancy targets are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Promote and market available units or spaces to potential tenants.
- Assist clients during site viewing and explain lease terms and property features.
- Process leasing documents, contracts, and tenant requirements.
- Coordinate with tenants regarding move-in and move-out procedures.
- Maintain records of tenant information and leasing transactions.
- Monitor lease agreements and ensure timely renewal.
- Respond to inquiries and concerns from tenants and prospects.
- Coordinate with property management regarding tenant needs.
