Job Description

We’re a fast-growing short-term rental and Airbnb management company that operates serviced accommodation across the UK.

We’re now looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to help us grow our direct booking division — building relationships with contractors, relocation companies, and businesses that book accommodation for their teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, who enjoys outreach and relationship building, and wants to grow in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment.

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out via email, LinkedIn, and phone, and securing direct bookings and long‑term partnerships. You’ll also help nurture relationships with existing contacts through follow‑up campaigns and corporate rate offers.

We’ll provide all tools, scripts, and training — your job is to bring energy, consistency, and great communication.
