Job Description
I. Job Objective
Responsible for creating partners (clients) and building customer relationship. Do sales and marketing activities, prospecting, client visitations and other related tasks.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
- Identifies and prospects B2B customers (restaurants, stores, meat shops, etc) within the assigned area.
- Provides presentations and promotes company products to prospective clients (visit, calls on on-online prospects).
- Takes orders and monitors on time delivery.
- Establish, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationship.
- Address customers’ complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Do collection activities and 100% remittance of the same.
- Communicates important feedback from customers.
- Ensure targets are met and report any deviations.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
