Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives in campaign execution, client coordination, an documentation
• Monitor sales pipelines, leads, and performance metrics
• Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations
• Coordinate with creative, operations, and finance teams for campaign fulfillment
• Maintain CRM tools, client databases, and sales trackers
• Assist in organizing trade events, activations, and client meetings
• Ensure alignment with the Director for Sales & Business Development on team priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and CRM tools.
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach.
