Responsibilities
- Perform online & offline market analysis and research on competitors.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. campaign tracking, social media, direct mail and web).
- Assist in event organizing and marketing materials distribution and production.
- Assist in designing promotional materials and growing our social media presence.
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
- Assist in new products upload in e-commerce and official site in a timely manner.
- Involve in social media content brainstorming that resonates with our brand and engages our target customers.
- Learn to understand customers' needs and provide the best solutions.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
