Overview

A Marketing and Sales Manager in a 4PH Project (Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing Program ) is responsible for promoting, and ensuring the success of affordable housing developments under the government initiative. The role involves strategic planning, lead generation and stakeholder coordination, to achieve project goals.

The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the sales and marketing efforts for the 4PH Housing Project, ensuring 15,000 backlog beneficiaries are validated and 15,000 new applicants are engaged through awareness campaigns (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action). This role involves strategic planning, execution, KPI Tracking and stakeholder engagement to drive project success.
