Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Network Digitization & Delivery Optimization

  • System Transformation: Audit our current physical delivery network for milk and ghee and lead the transition to a digitized system (via CRM tools, delivery apps, or structured WhatsApp Business APIs) to track daily customer subscriptions, drops, and route efficiencies.
  • Customer Visibility: Build a transparent tracking pipeline so ownership has full visibility into daily sales data, active subscription pauses, and customer lifetime value across key neighborhoods like Vesu and Adajan.

2. Aggressive Ground-Level & Offline Marketing
