Sales and Marketing Officer - DRMI-00464 (URC)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy

 Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winning solution sales strategies

 Work through leads to Sales on CRM

 Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system  Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.  Enhance the company’s branding by increasing visibility, awareness and engagement in Var ious online platforms and/or offline channels

 Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.

 Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.  Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.

 Works with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure Client Satisfac tion



QUALIFICATIONS:

 Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS...
