Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Officer (Outbound Sales) is responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling outbound travel packages, airline tickets, tour arrangements, and related travel services to individual or corporate clients. The role focuses on prospecting, client acquisition, account management, and achieving sales targets through proactive outbound sales activities

KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Sales & Business Development
  • Generate new leads through outbound sales activities (calls, emails, corporate visits, social media, referrals).
  • Promote and sell outbound travel packages and related services to individual and corporate clients.
  • Prepare customized quotations, itineraries, and proposals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic client relationships.
