We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrative Officer to support our sales and project management operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales documents, maintaining customer portals, and assisting in activities related to customer visits and project samples.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Administrative Support
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Support the PjM team with sample coordination, preparation for customer visits, and other related tasks.
Sales Transaction Processing
- Process sales-related transactions including new price requests, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Coordinate closely with the SCC department to ensure accuracy and timely entry of information into the system.
