We're looking for someone who brings at least 4-5 years of proven retail experience in high-touch, customer focused environments, ideally within fashion, homeware or department store settings. This is not an entry level role – we're seeking a confident retail professional with demonstrated expertise in delivering one‑one service and leading by example on the shop floor.
