• Drive sales to achieve individual sales target
• Handle key accounts management as assigned by manager
• Provide clients with the consultancy of IKEA home furnishing design solution to match with
customer’s preference and project budget
• Find new clients or new opportunities to generate sales
• Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in timely manner
• Provide weekly projects pipelines update to manager
• Proactively establish and maintain relationships with all major developer and corporate clients
• Control vendor on customer delivery plan to meet the schedule and achieve customer
satisfactory
