Key Responsibilities
Provide pre-sales application support and technical assistance to customers and prospective clients.
Deliver after-sales support services, including troubleshooting and technical backup for products and solutions.
Promote products through telemarketing, product demonstrations, and various sales and marketing activities.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Manage and expand sales opportunities within the existing customer base.
Requirements
Diploma in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
