Job Description

Role Summary

 The Sales Assistant - Commercial Sales provides global process support for inbound business and supports customers within the company size 1–100 employees, assisting Commercial Account Managers, partners and distributors with quotes, Deal Registration handling, discretionary discounting, mid-term upgrades, licensing support and other sales related activities.

What You Will Do:

  • Work as an overlay Sales Support/Sales Administrator for the Central (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Eastern Europe) Region Commercial team.

  • Support the team in daily tasks and work with corresponding teams like renewal team and channel

  • Ensure quotes and other tasks are processed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
