About the role
We are seeking an outstanding candidate to join our Brand New store in Halesowen. To assist the Shop Manager with all aspects of the charity shop, including volunteers, customer service, stock management, financial records, administration, compliance. Promoting the work of the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and take responsibility of managing the shop on a Sunday and when the shop manager is absent. Please note you will be required to work weekends.
About you
You will have experience of supervising and working within the charity or not for profit sectors alongside significant retail knowledge and experience. Demonstrating emotional intelligence, it is essential that you are a strong team player and can inspire and motivate those around you.
