What Will This Role Involve?
As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the store management team, driving turnover and revenues based on lean principles, and providing exceptional customer service as an ambassador of the Ryman brand.
What Will You Be Responsible For?
- Act as an ambassador for Ryman and the wider Theo Paphitis Retail Group, learning everything about the business and sharing it positively with customers
- Confidently handle customer complaints, difficulties, and returns to ensure retention
