Our Sales Associates help customers celebrate life and express love. You will be a Permanent Part‑Time Sales Associate in a team that values outstanding service, product knowledge and a genuine passion for jewellery.
Responsibilities
- Support the store to maintain performance and meet sales targets.
- Build and apply product knowledge as new jewellery lines are introduced.
- Assist customers with enquiries, providing accurate information and personalised service.
- Create memorable shopping experiences for a diverse range of customers.
Qualifications
- Strong customer‑first attitude and positive, can‑do mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a varied clientele.
- Interest in jewellery products and brands; jewellery experience is not mandatory.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
