Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Maintain store appearance, merchandising and stock levels
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Support daily store operations and customer service excellence
- Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately
- Own valid UAE visa is mandatory
- Female Arabic Speaker
- Minimum 1-year of fashion retail sales experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Presentable, proactive, and team-oriented
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends/Holidays
