Job Description
Responsibilities
- A brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers
- Provide exemplary quality of customer service, build repeat clientele and maintain customer relationship
- Answer customer enquiries and provide professional feedback according to the brand’s standards
- Maintain an excellent level of the presentation of the shop interiors, the mannequins and the windows
- Assist in daily store operations
Requirements
- Location at Johor Premium Outlet
- Possess at least SPM, Diploma, Professional Degree in any field preferable with 1 - 2 years of retail experience
- Prior exposure in premium fashion brands/menswear brands
- Possess good customer service and interpersonal skill
- Possess good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred
