Program Objective
The Sales Associate Program (SAP) is a structured 12‑month development journey designed to build a strong pipeline of future commercial talents. It includes 6 months in Sales and 6 months in Marketing. Selected candidates will be placed under DePuy Synthes, gaining real‑world exposure to a fast‑paced and dynamic healthcare business.
Learn & Experience
- Work closely with Product Managers to gain exposure in Marketing Excellence, activity planning, and business analysis.
- Participate in fieldwork alongside Product Specialists to understand sales processes, customer engagement, and business needs.
- Provide case support to healthcare professionals, gaining insights into the importance of service excellence and clinical support.
