Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Manage sales and optimize each step of the sales process.
- Attend to walk-in customers on queries, purchases, or any assistance needed.
- Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions.
- Give product knowledge to existing and potential customers.
- Maintain and provide excellent customer service at all times, interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right product and service.
- Carry out daily cleaning and ensure products are well merchandised.
- Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas according to myFirst marketing strategies.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
- Must possess at least Primary/Secondary School O Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
