What You’ll Do Retail Sales- Assist customers in choosing smartphones and accessories
- Recommend devices based on budget and needs
- Process payments via POS and EDC systems
- Assist customers who want to sell or trade‑in their phones
- Perform quick device inspections
- Process buyback transactions
- Provide friendly and honest advice to customers
- Ensure customers have a smooth and transparent experience
