Responsibilities:



Design and implement automated response workflows across communication channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, and Web).



Configure and maintain automation tools, including CRM systems and connectors (Zapier, Make, or similar).



Categorize and provide daily follow-up for potential client inquiries regarding events and promotional materials.



Optimize initial response times and manage the prospective client database.



Monitor the sales funnel to ensure every lead receives consistent commercial follow-up.



Technical Requirements:



Proven experience configuring CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Kommo, or similar).



Proficiency in messaging automation and workflow design.



Ability to write engaging commercial response scripts (Copywriting).



Intermediate skills in organizational tools (Google Workspace or similar).
