- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in shipping line, NVOCC, or freight forwarding industry
- Experience in ocean freight / liner sales / sea freight business development
- Familiar with FCL / LCL shipping procedures and trade lanes
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ocean freight and liner services
- Promote FCL / LCL shipping solutions to importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and logistics clients
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts within the shipping and freight forwarding industry
- Prepare quotations, negotiate freight rates, and follow up on customer enquiries
