Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance and Sales: Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the hardware store.
• Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Maintain in-depth knowledge of hardware products, demonstrate their uses, and explain features to customers to assist in their purchase decisions.
• Inventory Management and Restocking: Assist in tracking inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring that the sales floor is organized and well-maintained to promote product visibility.
