Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Membership Consultant to join our gym team. The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, and passionate about fitness, with strong sales and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell gym memberships to walk-in and prospective clients
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for membership inquiries and follow-ups
- Conduct gym tours and explain membership packages clearly
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain proper follow-up with leads and existing members
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
- Support front desk operations when required
