- Proven track record of consistently achieving recruitment sales targets
- Established network of HR and hiring manager contacts in the South African market
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, pricing models, and industry benchmarks
- Experience in selling various recruitment solutions (permanent, contract, executive search)
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills specific to recruitment services
- Proficiency in recruitment-specific CRM systems, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
