Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury, to join us as Sales Consultant in our Broadgate store. This is a part‑time opportunity, working 8 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers.
- Use a personalized selling approach and guide customers through the entire journey, including fragrance consultations and hand or arm massages.
- Assist the team with general store tasks: stock management, cleaning, and replenishment.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with confidence and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- High personal grooming standards and a passion for luxury products.
- Strong teamwork ability, drive and motivation to achieve store and personal KPIs.
- Flexibility to accommodate changing working arrangements as required by the business.
