Job Description

**Sales Consultant - B2B Service (US Market)**
**About the role**
- Serve inbound leads, qualify their needs, guide them through the sales process, negotiate and close deals.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure client return rate.
- Collaborate with the project managers and production team in Asia and Europe to ensure delivery aligns with client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, sales activities, and project files on our in-house developed CRM system (G-One) and server.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills in English is a must
- Previous experience in the language service industry is a strong advantage.
- Otherwise, proven experience in B2B sales, with at least 02 years of working experience in a sales role within a service business, IT outsourcing, SaaS, or technology industry is required.
