Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understand clients’ travel needs and design custom itineraries
- Provide travel advice and close sales to meet targets
- Coordinate with team members to deliver excellent tour experiences
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up promptly
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Tourism, or related field
- Experience in travel sales preferred
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Chinese speaking (Mandarin) is compulsory, able to communicate in English & Malay as well
- Customer-oriented, detail-minded & target-driven
- Willing to work flexible hours (including weekends)
