About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Coordinator / Contracts Administrator to join a fast-paced property and development environment on the Sunshine Coast.
Working across house & land and project sales, you’ll play a key role managing the full contract administration process from contract preparation through to settlement and project completion. You’ll liaise with buyers, solicitors, developers, and selling partners while ensuring all documentation, timelines, and compliance requirements are managed accurately and efficiently.
