Job Description

Position: Sales Coordinator

Working Days: 5-day work week
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: 15 Yishun Industrial Street 1
Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,200 + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Issuing quotations, processing sales orders/sample orders, and submitting invoices accurately.
  • Sales Support: Liaising with delivery schedule and updating customers PO.
  • Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinating delivery schedules and monitoring order fulfilment.
Requirement
  • With experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • GCE O Level minimum
  • At least 1-year relevant experience
