Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and verify product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines with factories
- Create and maintain accurate sales orders in internal systems and SAP
- Issue order confirmations and provide timely updates on order status
- Coordinate stock availability, production progress, and delivery schedules with factories
- Arrange shipments and liaise with warehouses for packing and dispatch
- Work closely with freight forwarders on booking and delivery schedules
- Prepare shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists
- Track order progress to ensure on-time fulfilment and resolve any order-related issues
- Follow up on customer payments and maintain records of accounts payable transactions
