Job Description
Sales coordinator should be able to perform the below mentioned task on a daily basis:
- Preparation of sales order in Oracle
- Preparing invoice in oracle
- Estimation preparation
- Should be able to prepare the proforma invoice
- Follow up for the delivery and payment with the customer
- Updating weekly reports
- Power factor letter preparation
- Should be able to communicate properly with the customer and colleagues
If the candidates worked before in oracle will be an added advantage
