Involve in the entire sales order process, from quotation, data entry, production scheduling, invoicing & payment, shipment, etc. Provide excellent customer services to clients, including answering enquiries, compliant follow up, status updating, etc. Assist in following up the marketing plans for new product launches and promotion program Work closely with various area supervisors and other departments for product info update as well as ensure the orders are in track Compile sales and inventory report on a regular basis Provide assistance to effective the day-to-day administrative issues of the department Requirement: :
