Sales Coordinator (Events)

A well-established company dealing in the agricultural, construction and event hire has a vacancy for an Event Sales Coordinator with at least 2 – 3 years experience to join their offices based in Paarl.

Requirements

• Matric


• Experience in sales/finance


• Valid drivers license


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems


• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously


• Comfortable working with quotations, pricing, margins, and budgets


• Strong numerical and analytical ability

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Respond to client enquiries and convert leads into bookings


• Prepare accurate quotations and event proposals


• Follow up on quotations and maintain client relationships
