A food ingredient manufacturing company, based in Sunderland Ridge, Centurion is looking for a reliable and organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help maintain strong customer relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, product information, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain customer databases and update records as required.
- Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing basic reports.
- Handle general sales enquiries via phone and email.
- Support the team with any other sales-related tasks as needed.
