As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting revenue generation efforts by providing administrative, operational, and client-facing assistance to the Sales team. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and stay highly organized will directly impact the success of group and corporate business.

+ Support the Sales & Marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks
+ Manage group blocks, rooming lists, and reservations within hotel systems
+ Maintain and update client accounts and sales activity in CRM systems (Delphi, Opera, etc.)
+ Assist with client site tours, events, and on-property visits
+ Monitor group room pick-up and assist with reporting and forecasting
+ Respond to inbound inquiries and support lead conversion efforts
