We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Sales Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for supporting the sales team with coordination, documentation, and communication with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage communication with vendors, business partners, and customers.
- Maintain and update company registrations on various customer/vendor/supplier portals.
- Operate customer portals and manage data across corporate applications.
- Manage license and support renewals (e.g., Dell EMC, Cisco, Symantec, Fortinet).
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, RFPs, and tender documentation.
