Job Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between Sales, Principals, and Customers in sales/ purchase orders, shipment documentation, and payment settlement Establish and develop stronger relationships with existing & new clients. Attend to customer inquiries by providing quotations. Liaising with customers on their shipment requirements and sales activities. Liaise with warehouse and delivery personnel for timely local delivery arrangement Coordinate and perform monthly cycle-count / annual stock count. Responsible for order processing and ensure delivery is made per customer's request date. Ensure customers satisfaction with the company products and services. Perform any other tasks assign by management. Job Requirements Min 2 year of relevant working experience. Knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point.
