Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue quotations and sales order documentation in CRM software.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely order confirmations.
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and sales databases.
- Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order status updates.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and documentation requirements.
