Job Description
- Manages group email account; handles and routes client inquiries, concerns, and purchase orders
- Coordinates communication between clients, sales team, and internal departments
- Processes and monitors documents (RFQs, request forms, bids, and other sales-related paperwork)
- Tracks order status, shipments, and inventory updates with the Foreign Department
- Ensures timely preparation and submission of client requirements (accreditation, bonds, bids)
- Handles inter-department requests and facilitates document approvals
- Maintains and updates sales data, price lists, and lead monitoring files
- Sends promotional email blasts and supports sales initiatives
- Provides regular reports and updates to management
- Performs other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned
