Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide information on products/services, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and update customer databases, records, and CRM systems.
Monitor sales performance by compiling and analyzing data to generate reports.
Track sales targets and support the team in achieving them.
Handle administrative duties related to the sales department, including documentation, filing, and email communication.
Liaise with logistics and inventory teams to ensure on-time delivery of goods/services.
