Job Description
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing customer orders, coordinating with production and logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of corrugated box products. This role acts as a key link between clients, sales, and operations to maintain customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management
- Receive and process customer orders accurately (specifications, quantity, delivery date).
- Prepare Sales Orders (SO) and encode in the system.
- Monitor order status from production to delivery.
- Coordination with Production & Planning
- Coordinate with Production Planning for scheduling of orders.
- Ensure customer specifications (size, flute, ECT, printing, etc.) are clearly communicated.
- Follow up on production progress and update the sales team and clients.
