Sales Coordinator - Pipes & Fittings

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support the Pipes & Fittings sales team in Dubai . The successful candidate will provide day-to-day commercial and administrative support to the sales function, manage order processing and customer communications, and help drive timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across commercial, logistics and operations teams.

• Act as primary coordinator for sales activities related to pipes, fittings, valves and associated accessories; support sales executives in managing client enquiries and quotations.

• Prepare and issue commercial quotations, pro forma invoices and order acknowledgements in coordination with sales and pricing teams.

• Process customer orders accurately in the ERP/CRM system; follow up on approvals, credit checks...
