Job Description
- Assistant to VP-Sales and marketing and AVP for sales and marketing, business unit managers of the sales department
- Monitors, checks and maintains sales A1-A3 forms
- Coordinate with clients for customer feedback
- Assist in ministerial sales tasks like preparing bid documents, business documents, etc.
- Encoding files and documents as may be duly assigned
- Taking down of minutes of the meeting of the sales department when assigned
- Attend daily meetings with the technical coordinators and project managers
- Coordinate Client Concerns with the administration department, following strictly the company policy and procedures
- Renewal of documents needed for biddings and accreditation
- Prepare assignment slip for site surveys and demo
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Business Studies Administration/Management or equivalent
