Job Description:
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filling important documents & communicating relevant information.
- Handling sales inquiries and orders by phone or email.
- Developing and maintaining filling systems.
- Support the manager in day-to-day sales.
- Assist with all sales department needs, run report for management and support sales department associates to ensure all files are complete, compliant and close successfully.
Requirements:
- Degree in any related field, able to work independently, good communication skill and PC literally
