Job Description
Coordinate deliveries and confirm delivery schedules with customers and logistics providers.
Prepare and maintain import/export declarations and related documentation.
Upload FAIR and other required documents to customer portals.
Manage customer orders and spare part fulfilment activities.
Serve as the primary contact point for customers regarding order fulfilment and delivery matters.
Prepare quotations and support RFQ (Request for Quotation) activities.
Process spare part orders, purchase orders, invoicing, and margin tracking.
Issue Certificates of Conformance (COC) and upload documents to customer portals according to customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer orders and sales activities.
