Job Description
The Sales & Prebilling Executive plays a key support role in sales administration and prebilling operations, ensuring accurate billing, effective customer coordination, and seamless service delivery. This role works closely with internal teams and customers to support revenue processes, maintain documentation integrity, and uphold service standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform prebilling activities, including ticket verification, matching physical tickets against IBMS records, and tagging sales orders to the correct customer accounts.
Prepare and compile prebilling documentation and reports for billing, sales, and management review.
Maintain proper filing and documentation in compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
