Our client is an Oil & Gas service provider in Singapore with an immediate requirement for a Sales Coordinator.
Responsibilities- Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels and provide information on product availability, delivery schedules, and shipment details.
- Process and verify sales orders accurately and promptly in the system.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle shipping and customs documentation, liaising with forwarders and shipping agents.
- Prepare sales reports, track order records, and support sales meetings.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve queries and discrepancies.
- Verify and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Negotiate freight rates with appointed forwarders to ensure cost efficiency.
